This routine has been set up to be done as a 7 week routine. Try increasing the 1 minute Fowfer stretch to 2 minite stetch this ending stretch is where the gains happen. Start with a 10 minute Penis warmup exersice to get you ready. Then do 2 sets of Side to side stetches for 5 minutes each set with a 1 minute break between the set. V-Jelq 1 set for 25 minutes. Side Fowfer 5 sets for 1 minute each set with a 2 second break between them, take a longer break if needed.
