This routine is meant to be done over the course of 5 weeks. You should have 1 year of regular exersice experience. If you are a begginer this routine is not for you. Start the routine by doing a penis warm-up for 5 minutes. Do 3 sets of clamping for 5 minutes with a 30 second to 1 minute break between sets. Do an assisted a stretch 5 sets with 5 reps for each set. You will want to increase this number to 10 reps by the end of the 5 weeks but be sure not to do more than 5 reps on the first week. The last Exercise for this routine is the Slinky Bend do these continuously for 15 minutes, try increasing the time to 25 minutes.
This is meant as an advanced routine, at the end of the 5 weeks this routine is going to take about an hour and 40 minutes, but will yield amazing gains.
