Clamping restricts the flow of blood out of the penis through the use of clamps. This will make your erection last as long as desired. These exercises are dangerous and should only be done by someone with at least 6 months of penis enlargement experience.
Step 1 : Get your penis as erect as possible.
Step 2 : Use a soft wrap to protect your penis from harder clamps. Place the wrap snugly at the base of your penis.
Step 3 : Place the clamp as close to the base as possibly. The clap should be over the wrap. Slowly tighten the clamp as much as possible without causing pain. To increase the intensity, kegel blood into your penis.
Step 4 : Leave the clamp on as long as desired. The first few times clamping do not do more than 5 minutes.
