The Kegel Start/Stop exercise is a modified version of Kegels. Kegel exercise workout your Pelvic Floor muscles. By stopping the flow of urine, you have used your Pelvic Floor muscles. Thus, the exercise is stopping and starting the flow of urine when going to the restroom.
To do 1 rep stop the flow of urine and then start again. When going to the restroom try to stop the flow at least three times. If you can do more than three then go for it, the more the better. This exercise is great because by stopping the flow or urine your confirming your doing the exercise correctly. This helps remind and confirm where the pelvic floor muscles are.
