Side-to-Side Stretches will increase the length of your penis. While doing this exercise, do not be more than 50% erect.
Step 1 : Stand in a horse stance with your feet a little more than shoulder width apart. Step 2 : Grip your penis behind the head and stretch it down towards the floor. Step 3 : With your penis still stretched pull it to the left and then to the right.
When starting this exercise aim for 100 reps, try working your way up to 1000 reps. No matter the total number of reps you’re doing, always rest for a little after doing 100 reps.
