Penile Slapping is a simple and effective exercise. This exercise promotes growth in both length and girth, however, the biggest gains will be in girth. This exercise should only be done by someone with at least 6 months of penis enlargement experience.
Step 1: Grab the base of your penis with your first two fingers and thumb. Use the other hand to cup your testicles (for protection).
Step 2: Shaking your penis up (touching your belly) and down (touching your pubis). This counts as 1 rep.
Each second 2-3 reps should be done. For your first few times doing this exercise only do 200-300 reps. Increase the reps each time, try working your way up to 2000-3000 reps.
