Horse Squeeze

  1. With your first hand form an overhand OK-grip and place it at the base of your penis.
  1. Your second hand will do the actual movement, form a small OK-grip (no bigger than the size of a dime). Place the grip over the glans.
  1. Slowly slide your second hand over the glans and towards the base. This movement should take 15 to 30 seonds. The movement should be slow and consistent.
