The A-Stretch will increase the length of your penis. This stretch should be done with a 0 – 50 percent erection level.
Step 1: With your first hand grip behind the head of your penis and pull straight out.
Step 2: With your other hand place the wrist underneath your penis.
Step 3: With the same hand grab the wrist of the first arm. If you want additional force push upward with the entire arm.
Step 4: Hold the stretch for 20 – 30 seconds.
